Congratulations and best of luck to our State Champion Poultry Evaluation team as they travel to Nationals! State FFA Career Development Events were held in Manhattan, KS April 28-30th, 2024. They will compete for National Championship at The National FFA Convention Oct. 23-26 in Indianapolis, IN. If they place in the top 10 they will be sent on an all inclusive trip to The International Poultry and Processing Expo in Atlanta, GA in Feb. 2025.

A big thanks to Community National Bank and Trust for sponsoring the 3rd grade's Movie Day at Sedan to watch Wild Robot. The third grade reads this book every year, and this year they got to take in the brand new movie "IN THEATERS"! #LincolnLearn


3rd Grade celebrated the completion of Unit 1 of their new reading series with a Tea Party. This comes from their study of Alice in Wonderland and the tea party discussions they had. It was made possible with the help of CVHS F.A.C.S. class, Culinary Art 1, and the FFA Floriculture. Thanks for all your work!










Congratulations and best of luck to our Women's Golf team as they head to Emporia, KS. This is the 16th straight State appearance for the women's golf program at CVHS under the direction of Ron and Wendy Oyler.

Shout out to the JH Volleyball team who finished the regular season today. Tuesday will wrap up with the TVL league tournament.
According to Coach Buckley, "the team made the season productive, added continuous learning, was fun, and totally entertaining."

Jr High Wrestling begins next week! Boys practice begins on Tuesday, Oct. 22 and girls will begin on Wednesday, Oct 23. All practices will take place at the CV West Campus (213 East Rose) across the street from the high school immediately after school. Coach Dabelko held a meeting with interested students today during IPS to discuss details.
