CRMC will be offering Free Sports Physicals for Jr/Sr High Students for the 2024-2025 school year on Wednesday, May 1 during school. Simply send the completed Physical forms back to your student's office. Transportation will be provided from Lincoln to CVHS for any current 6th graders choosing to participate! The Junior class is hosting "CVHS Masquerade Prom" this Sat, April 13. Walk In begins at 7 pm. The upper and lower parking lots on the east side of the high school are reserved for Prom Attendees Only. Please no public parking in these areas.

Parents, don't forget about the Summer ACES Program that runs from May 28th - June 20th. The program will run daily from 7:30am-3:30pm Monday through Thursday. This will help your students continue to develop their educational and social skills as well as present opportunities for field trips and STEM projects weekly. Let your kids cook dinner for you this summer! Enroll your 10-12 year olds in Kitchen Kids Camp to learn how to use kitchen tools and basic cooking skills. Register by April 29!

Congratulations to our competitors at the FCCLA State Conference. Aubrey Merryman received Silver in Baking and Pastry. Samantha Roberts-Dildine got Silver in Sustainability Challenge. This competition qualified Samantha to compete at Nationals in Seattle this summer.

The safety of #EveryStudentEveryDay is always a priority at Caney Valley. Today, students were able to witness the solar eclipse together with glasses provided for this enriching educational experience!



FCCLA members Aubree Merryman, Samantha Roberts-Dildine and Piper Perkins are currently attending the State Leadership Conference in Wichita where Aubree and Samantha are competing in Star events!

As a reminder, we will be providing ISO Certified Glasses to all students to view the solar eclipse tomorrow. Please do not send any glasses to school with your children.

Students with perfect attendance and no tardies for the 3rd nine weeks! These students went to Pizza Hut today for showing up everyday and being on time! Helping students be work ready!


Asa reminder, CVHS will be hosting a Mock Accident training exercise in front of the high school today at 2 pm. As part of the demonstration, there will be emergency vehicles with lights and sirens.

No need to be alarmed if you see activity at CVHS starting now (2 pm). Thank you again to Caney Emergency Services for the Mock Accident training demonstration.
