The varsity football team will open their season at home against the Fredonia Yellow Jackets on Friday, September 3. Game time is 7:00 pm.
The cross-country teams will open their season at Labette County on Thursday, September 2. The meet will begin at 4:00 pm.
The junior high volleyball and football teams will open their season at Cherryvale on September 2. The volleyball matches begin at 4:30 and the football team begins at 6:00.

The high school varsity girls golf team will open their season today in the LCHS tournament at Oswego. Tee time is 3:00 pm.
The high school volleyball team will play at Flinthills today starting at 5:00. Caney will play both Flinthills and Douglass to open their season.

A big thanks to Caney Board President Michael Freisberg, for providing wrestling class today during PE! The students had a blast and learned a lot!


ACES Back to School Party will be Tuesday, August 31st from 6:00-7:30 at the Caney city pool. This is for last year and current students enrolled in the ACES program.
Please Note: ACES After-school starts Monday! If you have not turned in forms by today, but would still like to sign up. Your students will be able to start the program the week of September 6th.

Our new PLTW class that we were able to start thanks to a grant through John Deere. This course is designed for students interested in the field of engineering.




The cross country team will practice at 6:05 am on Tuesday, August 24.
