Today we're thankful for the creative teaching and learning opportunities our teachers create everyday for our students. Junior High students have been busy the past couple weeks building terrariums to grow radishes as an ELA project related to "The Giver";
Students visited the Civil War museum
and learned first hand what it was like to be a soldier;
Alexander Hamilton made a guest appearance and presented his life story to his social science class;
Science students were out of their seats exploring different energy and motion labs;
Indian Tacos were served at the NASA dinner;
And book reports were completed and posted as Walls that Teach for their peers.

Thanksgiving Feast for the 1st grade! Their turkeys were a little sweet, but very delicious!
