Lincoln Elementary students gathered two truckloads full of non-perishable items for their December Food drive this week. What an amazing way for our kids to start the season of giving! #PupNation



By KSHSAA rule, all sporting events and activities will have NO spectators until January 28! Do not show up as you will not be allowed entry. All games for the high school and junior high will be available to watch on a live-stream. A day prior to each game/match the link will be sent out on the school App. When our teams travel, there will be a different link each time that we receive from the other school. For home events, you can always find our games at https://www.caney.com/page/live-stream OR live on our school Facebook page. Click on the main or secondary gym to watch the game of your choice.
Our home Kan-Okla wrestling tournament will be two days this year. The JV boys and girls division will begin on Friday, 12/4 at 5:00 pm. The JV boys in the main gym, girls in the secondary gym. The varsity boys division will begin at 10:00 am on Saturday, 12/5. There will be matches in the main and secondary gyms Saturday too. The Independence High School/Caney basketball games on 12/4, no fans...times and live-stream information. Varsity girls start at 6:00 – varsity boys start at 8:00. Both varsity games can be found on the IHS Athletics YouTube page, https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=IHS+athletics
There will be no JV girls game. The JV boys game will start at 4:30 and the C boys will start around 5:30. Both games will be live-streamed, go to “Independence High School, USD 446 Facebook to find the live video. If you choose, rosters are attached if you want to download them to have and help identify players as you watch the live-stream. Look on the App under Live Feed if you can't find the rosters.

All junior high and high school sports photos will be taken on Tuesday, November 24. Sports photo packets have/will be sent home with your student. Due to their COVID procedures and policies only individual photos will be taken by our photography company.
