CVHS winter sports will officially begin on Monday, November 16. Complete physical forms must be on file in the Athletic Office before any student athlete can begin practice. Physical forms can be picked up in the Athletic Office or the Board Office.
LINCOLN REMINDER: There will be a Booster Club meeting tonight in the grade school cafeteria at 6:30. Everyone is welcome to attend. Masks are REQUIRED and temperatures will be taken at the door.

A letter from KSHSAA regarding the football game at Prairie View on Friday is attached. Please read the letter and follow all KSHSAA guidelines. If you can't find the letter look under the 'Live Feed' on the USD 436 App. Game time is 6:00 pm.

Elementary Girls Basketball Clinic
The CVHS girls’ basketball team will be hosting a skills clinic for all girls 1st-6th grade. The clinic will be in the main high school gym on November 2nd, 3rd and 4th from after school until 5:30 pm.
Registration on the day of the clinic will be just inside the main front door of the high school. Parents will not be allowed past registration or to watch at all on any days due to COVID restrictions. They will meet your daughter at the door and bring them back out. Please be sure they have masks to wear to the clinic.
If you would like to order a T-shirt, forms must be submitted to the Lincoln Memorial office by October 26th. Other registration can be done on the first day of the clinic. Cost will be $20. T-shirts will be $15, if you have any questions please contact Coach Washburn at eswashburn@caney.com

Regional Cross Country will be held on Saturday, October 24 at the Fredonia Golf Course. Spectators are limited to 4 per runner, all spectators must wear a mask at all times being a KSHSAA state event. Girls race at 10:00 am, boys race at 10:40 am. Top two teams and top 10 individuals will qualify for the state meet on October 31. Go Pups!!
Sub-State Volleyball will be held on Saturday, October 24 at Galena High School. First round, Caney, a #7 seed, will play Riverton, a #2 seed at 1:00 pm. This will be held in the old HS gym at Galena. Winner plays again at 3:00, losing team season comes to an end. Go Pups!!

The girls golf team finished the season 4th in the state today. Two day team score was 795. They represented Bullpup Nation well with no seniors on the team. Three medaled, Emma Hockett was 10th with a 192. Ava Freisberg was 14th with a 196, Talynn Thornton was 19th with a 201.
