Our 2nd graders had a beautiful day at Memorial Park learning about the true meaning of Memorial Day.
Mr. Traxson shared the history of the holiday and the stories behind our local monuments. Students also practiced important traditions, like how to properly fold and hold the American flag.
To wrap up the visit, our hardworking students did a little community service by weeding the flower beds to make sure the park looks its best for the holiday weekend. Way to go, 2nd grade!

What an epic second-to-last day! Our Pre-K through 6th graders had an absolute blast celebrating a fantastic year at Lincoln.
The water slides were a huge hit and the perfect way to cool off before we head into summer. A massive thank you to the Junior High and High School volunteers who gave their time to help make the day run smoothly, we couldn't have done it without you!
Let’s bring that same energy for our final day tomorrow!

We have recently added a feature to livestream games. This will be the first event outside of games that we will be streaming. Please be patient with us in the event of any technical difficulties that we may experience during the ceremony. The website uses a camera that is installed in the gym and does not have an individual running the equipment to address issues while the event is streaming. Thank you for your support!”

📜 5th Grade: Living History Museum
Our 5th graders brought history to life! From groundbreaking scientists to legendary world leaders, these students didn't just research their figures—they became them. Walking through the museum felt like a true trip through the ages.
🏺 6th Grade: Ancient Artifacts
Our 6th-grade historians showcased their incredible craftsmanship with a gallery of ancient artifacts. Whether it was meticulously detailed pottery, ancient weaponry, or mysterious hieroglyphics, the attention to historical detail was phenomenal.
Great Job students to both grade levels presenting this blast from the past!

Our 2nd graders put their engineering skills to the test today during PLTW!
Students designed and built mini “ice chests” to protect a popsicle from melting under heat lamps while learning about states of matter and thermodynamics. Through teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving, they explored how insulation helps slow the transfer of heat energy.
It’s always exciting to see young engineers thinking, testing, redesigning, and discovering science in action! ❄️🔥🧊
